What is your investment philosophy?

Successful long term investing is ultimately quite simple. The keys to investment success are:

  • regular contributions (to take advantage of unit cost averaging)
  • properly diversified portfolio (multiple asset classes with low correlation)
  • annual rebalancing (to maintain your desired asset allocation and help lock in your gains)
Anything else is trying to 'time the market' and see the future - a waste of time.
